In-Person or Online Self-Guided
Our programs are built around you, the student. It is highly encouraged students attend in-person classes whenever available and continue self-study via additional guided videos tailored to your program. Those in the Traditional Martial Arts (Kajukenbo) Program must have in-person time with instructor via our scheduled classes or private lessons to be eligible for promotion. Promotions are on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the chief instructor and not based on monetary or time-in prerequisites. Guided videos are available as an add-on to your program. Wellness Program participants are highly encouraged to attend in-person classes or private lessons where offered and not rely solely on the guided videos. Please note: our Self-Defense Program is in-person only where offered with no guided videos
Current in-person classes are at Canyonside Recreation Center Multi-Purpose Room. See Training Calendar here. New students should contact Sifu Reece at SifuReece@MSDMA.org at least two days prior. New students must meet instructor 15 minutes prior to start of class for a quick orientation and to fill out necessary waivers.
